NYS Sexual Harassment Training
In 2022, a new nation-leading sexual harassment prevention policy was crafted by the New York State Department of Labor, in consultation with the New York State Division of Human Rights, through an in-person hearing as well as online feedback from workers, employers, and other stakeholders across New York State.
The updates include a new sexual harassment prevention policy and sexual harassment prevention training with guidelines for employers and employees as well as an interactive video and answer sheet to assist training.
As an employee of Yankee Trails, Inc. you will be required to complete our New York State Sexual Harassment Prevention Training. You will be compensated up to 1 hour for completing this training. The training will include a 1 hour video (NYS Department of Labor Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (link provided below)), during/after which you will complete the New York State Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Assessment Form (link provided below). This form may be filled out electronically, but must be printed, signed and turned into your Department Supervisor. It will be filed by Yankee Trails, Inc. and available for future reference but we recommend you keep a copy of the form as well.
