From I-87 Southbound: Take Crossgates Mall Road Exit 1/4 mile from end of Northway. Before light, bear right onto Crossgates Mall Rd. Before next light, bear right again. PetSmart will be on the left. Park in spaces furthest from storefront, near YT signs and Crossgates Mall access road.
From I-90 Eastbound: Exit 24 off the Thruway (Albany). After tolls, take right most ramp (Western Ave.). Merge onto Northway for 1/10 of a mile. Take Crossgates Mall Road Exit. Before light, bear right onto Crossgates Mall Rd. Before next light, bear right again. PetSmart will be on the left. Park in spaces furthest from storefront, near YT signs and Crossgates Mall access road.
From I-90 Westbound: Exit 1S (Western Ave.). Merge onto Northway for 1/4 mile. Take Crossgates Mall Road Exit. Before light, bear right onto Crossgates Mall Rd. Before next light, bear right again. PetSmart will be on the left. Park in spaces furthest from storefront, near YT signs and Crossgates Mall access road.

Once you enter Kingston Plaza, park in LOT E on the right, by the Catskill Mountain Railroad, between the baseball field and *Hannaford supermarket.
