Yankee Trails reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken while traveling with Yankee Trails, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. This includes photos/videos taken by a Yankee Trails staff member and/or photos/videos taken by a Yankee Trails passenger. Yankee Trails may use the photos/videos in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Yankee Trails, including but not limited to: flyers, catalogs, newspaper/magazine ads, television, websites, etc.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.
A person traveling with Yankee Trails who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, driver and/or program director, and/or contact Yankee Trails at 569 3rd Avenue Extension, Rensselaer, NY 12144, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Yankee Trails will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
By traveling with Yankee Trails or by failing to notify Yankee Trails, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Yankee Trails, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Yankee Trails from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with Yankee Trails may not use, copy, alter or modify Yankee Trails photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Yankee Trails.
