Yankee Trails will select one lucky winner at random to receive a complimentary “Stateroom” departing 2024 aboard Celebrity Cruises (prize details below). The contest shall be subject to these rules, in addition to any terms set forth by Yankee Trails, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. This contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law. Entrants must submit a valid email address to be eligible. There is a limit of one registration per person and/or email address. Any registrations received in excess of this maximum will be disqualified. All entrants and winners must be at least 21 years of age. Submitting an entry does not guarantee the entrant will win a prize. Registrations and entries received after the deadline set forth in the contest are ineligible, null and void. Yankee Trails will not be responsible for and will not consider any incomplete or incorrect entries. YANKEE TRAILS is not responsible for entries that are sent but not received by Yankee Trails for any reason. Employees Yankee Trails, Celebrity Cruises and/or TV Station and each of its respective affiliates and members of the immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children and their spouses, and siblings and their spouses) of each and those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Grand Prize: One free Celebrity cruise for two in a minimum Inside stateroom (specific stateroom category to be determined by Celebrity Cruises). Upon completion of the contest, and after winners respond to the notifications to claim their prize, the winners will be able to book a free Celebrity Cruises vacation for two (cruise-only). The Free Cruise will be chosen from a bi-weekly list of “OPPORTUNITY sailings” departing on or before December 31, 2024 subject to category availability at time of booking. Stateroom upgrades are available at winners' expense. Offer is NOT valid on any holiday sailings; additional blackout dates may apply. Then current applicable fuel supplement, plus taxes, fees and port expenses, and optional airfare are additional and due from winner at the time of booking. Gratuities are not included and will be added to onboard guest folio. Items of a personal nature (i.e. gift shop, spa, beauty salon, bar charges) are not included. The complimentary cruise may not be sold, traded, refunded or redeemed for cash value. Cruise travel is subject to additional terms and conditions from Celebrity Cruises. Proof of citizenship and photo identification will be required for your vacation. A valid US passport and visa (for certain destinations only) may also be required for your travel. Health and safety protocols, guest conduct rules, vaccination requirements and regional travel restrictions are fast evolving, vary by cruise line, ship, destination and travel supplier, and are subject to change without notice. Each traveler is responsible for ensuring their compliance with all passport, visa, vaccination and/or other entry/exit requirements and payment of any charges, fees, duties, taxes or assessments related to your travel. Additional restrictions may apply. Winner and travel companion(s) must be 21 years of age at time of travel in order to cruise, or must otherwise meet the age requirements of Celebrity Cruises for the selected sailing. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and documentation required for cruise, including passport, visa, and/or birth certificate, and must pre-register for the sailing with such information. The winner is solely responsible for any and all additional costs that may be incurred, including but not limited to gratuities, spa treatments, shore excursions or specialty dining. Winner(s) will be notified on or February 13, 2024. It is the winners' responsibility to respond to the notification, and to claim and book the Free Cruise by December 31,2024 as detailed above, otherwise the Free Cruise is forfeited. Winners may be announced to all entrants on or about February 13,2024 via website, email and/or social media. Yankee Trails reserves the right to condition the award of the Free Cruise upon the execution by the winners of a publicity release. Notwithstanding this reserved right, entry is conclusively deemed to be permission by the entrants to use the entrants' names (first name and last initial, without compensation to the entrants) if the entrant is a winner to publicize the contest and otherwise, as determined by Yankee Trails and Celebrity Cruises, unless prohibited by law. By entering this contest, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these contest rules and terms and conditions, as well as by any rules specific to this contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry. The personal information entrants provide in connection with the contest may be used for Yankee Trails internal purposes and to send entrants information about Yankee Trails products but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the contest or as required by law. Any entrant who does not wish Yankee Trails to send information to the entrant about its products should update their email preferences upon initial receipt of any email promotions. Yankee Trails, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns shall not be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury or any other claims incurred as a result of the participation in Yankee Trails Superbowl Commercial Giveaway or the usage of the Free Cruise by any recipient. Yankee Trails is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with the contest. Yankee Trails is administering redemption of the Free Cruise. Yankee Trails reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the contest or to alter the contest rules and conditions at any time without prior notice. Yankee Trails is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this contest, including without limitation mechanical, human, or production errors, and may modify or cancel this contest based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. Winner(s) will be chosen at random from a list of all eligible entries. The odds of winning the Free Cruise promotion depend upon the number of valid entries received and cannot be determined in advance. Winners will be determined by Yankee Trails and the results of the determination are indisputable and final. In the event of a dispute over the identity of the email address associated with an entry, "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address.
