As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves, we want each of our customers to understand that our priorities have not wavered; the safety and health of our customers and staff is still our number one priority (see Health & Safety). We continue to work hard to create preventative measures to keep our guests and employees safe and healthy. This includes the cleaning and sanitization of each vehicle before and after every use (see Health & Safety/Our Vehicles) . We are also providing drivers with extra supplies for mid-trip sanitizing and cleaning.
We strongly urge our customers to refer to guidelines and protocols as suggested by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), New York State and other local/national public health authorities to contain and mitigate against any further spread of the virus. Here is a useful CDC link as it relates directly with Travelers' Health.
As we continue to take proactive steps to ensure the health and safety of our staff and their families, we ask that you refrain from coming into the office to speak with any of our agents (see Health & Safety/Our Offices). Instead, please call during our current, regular business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm or email us:
- Bus Tour and Travel Agency Inquiries: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Bus Charter/Rental Inquiries: email@example.com
Please be patient, however, as we are experiencing a high volume of calls and emails and are doing our very best to address each in a timely manner. We are also working with a significantly reduced staff during these very difficult times.
Please also note that we have temporarily closed our office on Saturdays and our office remains closed on Sundays.
